Las Terrenas Yoga Retreat
Join Paul Toliuszis on a Yoga Adventure to Las Terrenas in the Dominican Republic! Going on vacation ( as we know) is great. But going on a yoga vacation is SUPER GREAT!!!! We will have sweat drenched yoga practice sessions everyday, eat yummy food, lay by the pool, hit the beach, laugh, go exploring and overall have a fantastic time.
The Hotel Alisei is right on the beach and it’s a hidden paradise for water sports. Every afternoon we will have a special group event as well as some free time to kick back and relax.

Thank You!

Of the many waterfalls on the Samaná Peninsula, El Limón is the most spectacular. Nestled deep in thick palm forest, it rises 900 feet above sea level, and cascades 150 feet into a deep pool of water. In fact, of all the waterfalls to visit in the entire country, El Limón may have the most alluring combination of beauty, size, prime surroundings, and relative ease of access – though it’s still something of an adventure to reach (making it all the more of a thrill when you do). Trails to the falls are lined with giant ferns and huge trees, with rivers and thatched huts adding to the tropical ambiance.
